During a modification process for a company, there is an option to switch to the application of the so-called sample agreement.
The essence of this is that the signed copy of the sample agreement annexed to the Company Act is handed in to the Registry Court.
This is a cost-effective process, as above the lawyer’s wage, you only have to pay a 18.000 HUFs fee. In the Company Register, you also have the option for entries in English, German, etc languages.
A foreign citizen or a foreign company can establish a company with a Hungarian residence under the same conditions as Hungarian citizens or companies.
For every company, it is compulsory to define one main field of operations in the Company Register, and in case the operations are expanded or modified, the change has to be reported to the Tax Office.
