The real estate purchase agreement, after being entered into and signed, must be handed in to the Land Registry of the region where the property is located within 30 days, together with a retainer.
The Land Registry has 22 workdays for processing the change in ownership. The Land Registry will then send the resolution on the registry of the change to the seller and to the legal representative of the buyer.
